I was sent a sample box of Zicam Cold Remedy Ultra Berry Lemonade Crystals from Crowdtap to try and then make a review for the product. I don't get colds very easy but my Hubby does. So when he started getting the icky taste in the back of his throat and started getting the sniffles, I had him start taking the Zicam and it worked great. After taking the Zicam for a few days he no longer had the sniffles or the icky feeling in the back of his throat. I gave my daughter a few as she started getting that feeling too. She is prone to getting a cold at the drop of a hat and she normally does nothing to lessen the chance of getting more than a simple cold. She started taking the Zicam and in a few days, she was feeling less of the symptoms of a winter cold. So I will from now on always make sure that Zicam will be in my medicine chest.
